Server for Pharmacophore Information and Mapping

BIDD Pharmainformatics Databases

Server for Pharmacophore Information and Mapping (SPIM) can provide the informaiton of 240 pharmacophore models of 146 distinct protein targets. These pharmacophore models were collected from journals in the fields of medicinal chemistry, chemical informatics, and pharmaceutical science.

It is highly useful for searching and designing small molecules and drug leads that interact with specific protein target based on the matching of specific sets of chemical features (pharmacophore) essential for the interaction.
